Virginia Division
R. Bryan David was the speaker at the Post D monthly meeting in South Boston. Mr. David is the program director for “GO Virginia” Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service located on the campus of the University of Virginia. The acronym stands for Growth Opportunities. He discussed how GO Virginia funding will attract business, support infrastructure and workforce development in Region 3, which includes Halifax County.
