Mitzi McCormick was the speaker at the Post D monthly meeting of the Travelers Protective Association (TPA) in South Boston. McCormick is the President of Halifax County Chamber of Commerce and presented the “Community Strategic Plan.” The plan focuses on three areas; Workforce Development, Economic Development, and Community Development.
