Steve Phillips was the speaker at the Post D monthly meeting in South Boston. Mr. Phillips is the South Boston Fire Chief. He discussed the new fire station that should be completed in late August or early September and the benefits it would provide. He also spoke about the changes in protocol due to COVID-19 and how all fire departments in the county worked together to provide South Boston and Halifax County residents and businesses the best possible fire protection.
