Tamyra Vest was the speaker at the Post D monthly meeting in South Boston. Ms. Vest is the Executive Director of Downtown South Boston. She discussed the Halifax County Small Business Recovery Assistance Program along with other programs and grants for small businesses in South Boston. She reported on several projects that the Downtown South Boston organization is working on to make the downtown area more attractive.
