Thank you for visiting Texas Roadhouse!

TPA has long supported laws and initiatives that improve traveler and pedestrian safety, contributing to the adoption of safer road conditions, stop signs, school zones, and crosswalks.

NO PASSING ZONES

TPA’s early advocacy helped pave the way for safer driving conditions; championing a designated no-passing zone, warning drivers to remain in their lanes and reducing head-on collisions.

SCHOOL ZONES & CROSSWALKS

Through TPA’s “Watch That Child” child safety awareness program, we promote and provide educational materials, safety presentations, and community partnerships focused on road and pedestrian safety, stranger awareness, personal safety, and online safety.

CHAD STICKERS

Developed as a result of a traffic crash involving a 13-month-old boy named Chad where the driver was killed and Chad was injured. No one at the scene knew his identity.

TPA supported and adopted the CHAD safety seat child identification sticker as a national safety program to ensure rapid identification of children in emergencies.
