Regina and Jim Lowenberg were the guest speakers at the Post J monthly meeting of the Travelers Protective Association (TPA). Before retiring, Regina was a mental health manager, researcher and counselor. She spoke about cannabidiol (CBD) its medicinal properties. Pictured bellow is Regina Lowenberg with the members of Post J.
