A Springfield Missouri police officer was seriously injured and considered lucky to be alive. He returned from rehab and is now in a wheelchair. The president of the Springfield Bike Club arranged for a charity ride to help pay for some of the medical bills. TPA Post C member and Missouri Division State Secretary Dennis O’Neil donated and participated in the event by riding 20 miles. The club had approximately 80 riders and raised nearly $3,000 for the officer.
