C.H.A.D. is an acronym for Children Have An iDentity. TPA joined the Illinois Department of Transportation in supporting this program in 1993 and since then, our organization has helped expand C.H.A.D. to over 29 states and thousands of children. The C.H.A.D. program promotes special child identification stickers that can be placed on children's car seats. Should an emergency occur, these stickers can be used by hospital personnel to contact parents or relatives.
Bike Rodeos - Teach children the

Coffee Breaks - Held on holiday weekends, posts set up coffee and rest stops for travelers. It gives the traveler a chance to wake up and revitalize themselves before continuing their journey.

Office Ollie Safetyville USA is a series of safety programs brought together under one roof to educate children and adults about safety. The event incorporates fun, learning and community spirit into a one day interactive village. Created in 1996, these events bring together hospital personnel, police and fire departments, 911, poison control centers, drug prevention programs and the Red Cross with the community.
