Community Services

There are many community service activities in TPA.  Local posts get involved in their communities by helping the Community Serviceselderly get to doctor appointments, cleaning up local highways in Adopt A Highway Programs, sponsoring Little League teams and putting on travelers coffee break stops.  The individual posts decide what they would like to do for their communities.

A national project is a scholarship program for the hearing impaired.  This program is called The Scholarship Trust for the Hearing Impaired.  This is a special fund established by TPA in order to assist children and adults with hearing loss or difficulty.

Whatever the activity, TPA members make a difference.  Teaching safety in schools, giving a helping hand to the unfortunate or just cleaning up around town.

TPA does its part.
